THOUGHTFUL DELIVERY FROM EUROPE.
At Maison Marron et amis, we work primarily with a pre-order model. Estimated delivery times for pre-order items are clearly indicated on each product page.
In-Stock Orders
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. In rare cases (e.g., due to business travel), shipping may be delayed by an additional 1–2 business days. We ship Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over 200 €.

Please note: Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to additional customs duties and import taxes (see below).
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) – Switzerland & USA
Orders to Switzerland and the USA are shipped as Delivered Duty Paid. All applicable duties and taxes are included in your purchase price at checkout. No additional charges upon delivery.
Customs & Import Duties – All Other Countries
We ship from the European Union. For non-EU countries outside our DDP zones, customs duties and import fees may apply and are not included in the product or shipping price. These fees are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Please note: Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties, it will either be disposed of or returned to us by the shipping carrier. In this case, no refund will be issued for the order.
Missed Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages
If you're not available during delivery, your parcel may be redirected to a DHL or DPD pickup point. Please ensure that you collect your parcel within the specified time.
If the package is not claimed, the carrier will either dispose of the package or return it to us, and the order will not be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs for unclaimed packages are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our detailed Return and Refund Policy for more information. EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day they receive their goods.
By placing an order with Maison Marron et amis, you acknowledge that:

For orders to Switzerland and the USA: all duties and import taxes are included in your purchase price. No additional charges upon delivery.
- For all other non-EU countries: customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility upon delivery.

If you refuse the delivery due to unpaid customs duties, the package may either be disposed of or returned to us.
- Shipping costs (including return shipping incurred) are non-refundable.

No refund will be issued if the package is returned due to non-payment of customs duties or refusal by you at delivery.
- If the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, you will no longer be eligible for a refund, and any returned goods will not be refunded.

Unclaimed packages are the customer’s responsibility.
