We ship from the European Union.
Switzerland and the USA
Shipped Delivered Duty Paid. All duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. Nothing to pay on delivery.
All other non-EU countries
Customs duties and import fees may apply. They are not included in the product or shipping price, are set by the destination country and are paid by the recipient on delivery.
Customs duties and import taxes are not refundable.

What if I'm not home?
Your parcel may be redirected to a DHL or DPD pickup point. Please collect it within the time given.
If it isn't collected, the carrier either disposes of it or returns it to us, and the order is not eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs for unclaimed parcels are yours.
What if I refuse the parcel?
If a parcel is refused, whether because customs duties are unpaid or because you decline delivery, the carrier either disposes of it or returns it to us. No refund is issued for the order.
Is shipping refundable?
No. Shipping costs, including any return shipping, are not refundable.

Can I return my order?
If your order was delivered in the EU, you can withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Once that period has passed, returned pieces are not refunded.
